    • Daily itinerary creation to include hotel selections, transfers, tours, activities and sightseeing recommendations

    • Pre-departure call and itinerary walkthrough

    • Personalized digital itinerary app

    Optional:  Flight ticketing assistance for Business/First Class travel

My 6 Step Custom Process

  • After you complete a travel intake form, we’ll have a short call to discuss your trip and get to know you and your travel preferences.

  • Once you’re ready to move forward and pay the planning fee (if applicable), I’ll add your dates to my client calendar and start working on your custom trip proposal.

  • I’ll begin researching and leveraging my expertise and relationships with local partners and suppliers to create a custom trip proposal for your review.

  • We’ll review together the bespoke itinerary and make changes where necessary. After acceptance and deposit, I’ll secure your chosen bookings on your behalf.

  • Based on your preferences, I’ll present options for extras such as dining, spa, shopping etc. to supplement your itinerary.

  • I’ll craft a final itinerary to share in both pdf and app format with travel information specific to your destination.
